Based on the success of Zanotti, Il Ristorante Italiano, the Zanotti Group was founded  in 1998 with the purpose of bringing fine dining and quality Italian products to the broader Thai market.  To achieve this Zanotti (Thailand) Ltd. began to pursue a strategy of expansion and horizontal integration, which was signalled by the transformation of a simple restaurant structure into a holding company.

Under the Group umbrella, new venues and concepts were established to reach different segments of the market and to satisfy consumer demand for authentic Italian culinary products.

La Pizzeria Limoncello, a family dining restaurant immediately followed the same road to success as Zanotti, and achieved similar awards and critical acclaim. Following on from this success, Limoncello Restaurant, Phuket was established in 2007 to cater to lovers of Italian cuisine vacationing on the splendid resort island.

Vino di Zanotti, a restaurant and wine bar, was the next addition to the Group. With a selection of over 600 varieties of Italian wine, live Jazz music and restaurant service Vino proved to be a remarkable success among Bangkokian wine lovers.

To serve discerning travellers, Volare was established in the International Departures Lounge of Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport and combines the convenience of fast food with the quality of restaurant dining, offering a variety of delicious Italian favourites including pizza, pasta and panini.

Caffe Turin, a newcomer to the Group, offers the charms of a boutique coffee shop in the bustling downtown area of Bangkok. Here, specially prepared pasta dishes and hand-made panini are quick favourites among those living in the fast lane, while our fine imported teas and Illy coffee never fail to satisfy.
