Zec is an integral part of the Group Zanotti, The company is divided into three departments. One section is dedicated to administrative offices. The second is dedicated to the management of the supply of materials to all the restaurants of the Group, The third section deals with the production, preparation, vacuum packaging and storage of goods.
We are proud that our production is a modern laboratory in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This section also deals with the logistics of the group, the transfer of goods and materials from one ouhleh another, and the management of the maintenance of the plants present in all group brands.
